I was doing action replay gamecube on my wii via homebrew, and just happened to check my memory card, and all my game data (except the AR data) was gone! It didn’ say it was corrupted or anything! Can I get it back? Help!

Gamecube cards are known for corruption. Especially third party. They're most likely gone.

should go with a raw memory card with nintendont, then back it up.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

btw, I lost my symphonia save on the wii when I deleted the wrong save just moments before getting a bigger card if that helps ease the sting. I feel your pain.

save manager gx? if they don't show up there, they're probably unretrievable. you could move saves with it, then use something like dolphin to create a fake, raw memory card. this is what I did to get my cube saves from my wii to my wii u:

these are my raw memory cards. all saves work:

There's a Homebrew App called: Game Cube Memory Manager which dumps saves onto your SD directly from plugged Memory Cards.

I've used it before and is very easy to use and recover your saves.

I've lost my Memory Card saves twice, and while I don't mind as It meant that I had to replay all my games all over again :giggles: it became useful with Animal Crossing Town editing.

Next time you attempt to cheat on your games, make a backup of your memory using that Homebrew App before.

It says it transferred to my sd card, but when I use GCN Memcard recover on my computer, it can’t find any recovered save files. It calls them raw images or something. How should I do this?

With GCMM you can import and export your saves on any Memory Card.
NO PC involved.

The only thing PC Involved is when you want to make backups of RAW Save files somewhere on your Computer as a backup of the backup.

Even if they are lost?

Well, thanks anyway, I guess I will just have to replay my games through. I guess I won’t mind completing Sonic Heroes again.
