Hacking Gamecube Launcher 0.2 Install?

I need assistance installing WiiGator's Gamecube Backup Launcher 0.2
I downloaded it from here.

I extracted the file with WinRar and the only thing that comes out is an unknown type of file.
What do I do with it?

theres a bunch of files.
put them all on your SD card, and install with a wad manager (1.5)

not when i extracted. I even tried several times. check the link and see if it does the same for you.

you need to use 7-zip and extract it. it's like 6 archives deep or something crazy like that.

i checked the link, downloaded it. I extracted with winrar.
Use winrar or 7zip to extract.
it's all one folder.
in that folder is all of the files/folders.
not much to it. very simple, if you ask me................

Also, try wadder (its a site) and look up Gamecube Launcher 0.2, try DL from there.........

i do that because nobody answers me and I don't want to be a noob and bump my threads.
