Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Ive tried using nintendont it pops up Mounting USB/SD device... Error: 13... shutting down
I'm confused on what to do...any help would be appreciated. Thanks and have a nice day

Try updating your IOS58 (from nintendont.net)
