I am using dvd-r discs, burning at 1x speed. I have a softmodded 4.2 Wii, with cMIOS installed for backups on 249, and the newest neogamma installed. I keep burning discs, but they're not working when I insert into the drive. Can anyone help?

Newer disc drives cannot play any kind of backup disc. Have you played Wii or GameCube backup discs before? How old is your Wii?

I also recommend you look into using DIOS MIOS and a USB loader to play your GameCube backups.

If you wish to post a sysCheck, follow these instructions.

Assuming your Wii has the capability to play backup discs, everything you need to know can be found here. In short, you need to install a cIOS, cMIOS, and you need to launch the GameCube backup disc with NeoGamma R9.

However, once again, I recommend DIOS MIOS as a way to load your backup GameCube games from a USB loader.

    **EDIT**
    I also have Neogamma R9 beta56...
ALSO Burning on Sony DVD-R discs. When I burned Starfox assault, that seemed to work. But my multigame disc dosent work (Gauntlet Dark Legacy, Mario Golf toadstool Tour & NFL Blitz 2003), nor did my standalone NFL blitz 2003.....
