Hacking GameCube Backup Launcher 0.2: installation?

Hello! I downloaded GameCube Backup Launcher 0.2, but the archive contains only a file named [5133]gcbackup0.2[1] and without any extension.
What am I supposed to do?

Thank you very much, I opened the unknown file with winrar and found all the files! Anyway, the link to cios posted in the installation tutorial doesn't work... How do I know what cios I have? (I only have wii backup launcher 0.3) Is there an even newer cios I can safely install to get gc backup launcher works?

If your not using the usb loader, I suggest installing cIOS36r8
Else, install cIOS36r10
For the gamecube backups, installing the new MIOS is also needed

Just another little question: can I install a cios 36 over an older one?
