Sora's out so she couldnt ask so if she acts like she has no clue who made this thread, ignore her, but here's the deal. I found this cheap Gamecube with a Gameboy player at a garage sale, but I dont have any gba games to play it with and I couldnt find any games I wanted in Gamestop or anywhere. Where could I find this 3-in-1 thing that fits in a normal gba? I wanna play Earthbound 2 translated and Sims Bustin Out and a pokemon hack on a tv. Or would I need a flash card thingy for a gba? Would that work better than a 3-in-1? Can gba flash cards run emulators? Sowwy, I'm rambleing. Back on topic, thanks in advance!

You could use a normal sized 3-in-1, but it would only hold one ROM at a time, and you would need a DS flashcart to inject it into the gba cart. Your best bet would be a GBA flashcart.

But I dont know where to get those and I've never heard of any. Just Sora says they exist so I thought I'd ask.

you need an EZ Flash IV (or any other GBA flashcart like the various M3's)
tracking one down will be a different story as they are pretty hard to come by these days

Thanks for helping Alessa out. To be honest, I would've thought she'd have waited to ask me when I got home, but I guess not.

I'll help her decide which one is better for what she wants to do later.

the 3-in-1 will not work
it needs a slot 1 flash cart to go along with it as Scott-105 already pointed out

If you flash a game to the NOR flash, it behaves as a standalone game. However, you have to take care that the battery save is backed up correctly if not launched by the flasher tool itself.

Also, PSRAM mode will not work due to the RAM being erased after playing, as will any purely RAM-based expansion such as the M3 GBA Expansion Pack or the eWin expansion pack.

No.
There's a reason why it's the only GBA flashcart still in production.
