Hi everyone, a few years ago I bought this flashcart, and whenever I try to use it for GB and GBC rom files, I manage to save in game, but, after shutting down the console and restarting it, no progress is ever saved. Only for this kinds of files, everything else works perfectly. Is there any way to avoid this?

games running in Goomba via he GBA Flashcard require manual saving, press L+R to open the menu, it should then save the SRAM to the cartridge, just turning off the GBA etc does not save GB(C) games it is a limitation of the Goomba emulator in the EZ Flash kernel.

My guess is that you need to replace the little battery inside:

The saves only get copied from the flashcart's save chip to the sd card on boot,
and if the battery to keep the save chip's data is dead, then the save data will not be there when you boot up the flashcard again.
