Hacking Game Updates

Hello, I just bought a switch and it ended up being a 3.0.1 firmware. According to the Firmware Status post, 3.0.1 to 4.1.0 are the exact same.

1) Should I update my switch to 4.1.0?

2) Anyways to simply download the update on my PC and apply it using the SD Card

3) I wanted to Update my game (Zelda) to 1.5... any way of doing this without updating the system

My switch is currently not connected to the internet.

1) I would update to 4.1, however you will need to buy a game in order to do that.
2) While yes you can, you will run the risk of getting banned so we don't recommend doing this for the time being.
3) There is not, unfortunately

Update for what?, in 4.1 you still dont have online play since is not the last
