Homebrew Game transfer

I have two copies of pokemon platinum and wanted to know if there's anyway possible for me to switch the saved data from one to another. Example: cartridge A has save A & cartridge B has save B, is there a way to put save B on cartridge A & save A on Cartridge B?

PS. I have a 3ds power saves pro but it won't read the DS games

DS lite and a Ez3in1 would be capable of doingwhat you are asking.

do you own a flashcart and a nds\lite?

you can't use 3ds console because if you switch a flashcart to a retail cart it will power off the slot 1 so.. you need either a nds\lite (i am not sure if dsi powers off the slot1) or a pc backup tool..

R4i save dongle would be able to accomplish the same thing. The saves it generates are also compatible with most NDS flashcarts, allowing you to shift from flashcart to retail cart without progress loss.
