Hacking Game loading mistake

Can someone help? Whenever I try to load from USB after a few seconds of loading, whatever game is on the disc drive starts playing. At first I thought it was a WiiFlow issue, but Neogamma does exactly the same

UPDATE: Same issue with disc launching. If there is no disc, usb reboots the system

Take the disc out of the drive. Problem fixed and USB will load.

I had already tried that, it just freezes on a black screen

EDIT:I tried loading a backup from disc: same problem. Once I try to open the disc I get a black screen telling me to eject the game and restart the console
