If it's primary and works then no - you're set. That being said, I would defrag it just to reach maximum performance.

I still use WBFS. Hasn't caused any problems for me.

It's an okay system if you don't replace your games, but it's pretty accident prone if you do. FAT32 just has more advantages in my opinion.
