EDIT: Ahh, nevermind. It was the firmware. You hear me, guys? Anyone who can't boot up Mega Man Star Force, get the latest R4 firmware!

Uh..something interesting; all the times it locked up, the card felt warm.

Could the card possibly be overheating, leading it to lockup?

EDIT: I also formatted it to FAT and not FAT32, and it hasn't locked up yet. I think the heat can related to it locking.

..It locked up again XD.

Could it still be classified as an issue with the SD card if only one game is getting issues and locking up? Or would it be a ROM issue?

Dude, I'm not even playing the game for half an hour and it crashes. I played Lunar Knights longer and it worked like a charm, as I did with Kirby Canvas Curse and Yoshi's Island DS

EDIT: Hm...trying Squeak Squad without using cheats seems to have stopped the locking, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else here used codes?

Picross DS doesn't seem to work on my R4 DS. When I boot it up, it goes to a white screen. I've tried 3 different reliable sources for this dump. Also it doesn't work on my brothers R4 DS. We both have 1 gig Kingston JAPAN.

Heh...it seemed to be a code that was the reason of it locking up for me. The Infinite Lives code to be exact. If someone could play Kirby Squeak Squad with it on for a while and see if it locks up, that'd confirm it for me

As for the guy who originally said his Diamond game froze, maybe what happened to me occurred with you. Per chance were you using cheat codes?

I doubt it. My Diamond freezes when I pick it as a game from the ROM list. This goes for Star Force Pegasus as well. I can't seem to find a way to fix it, I've tried formatting the card, thrice in fact which I think is quite harmful to it :|.

After a while, I could play the games then after about 20 minutes the games were locking up again xD

Ah, then I had a different problem then. only Squeak Squad locked up, at random intervals, yet after not using the Inf Lives code, I have been playing it for longer times with no trouble.

I guess you have a legit problem then ;_;
