Is it possible to dump a 3ds came cart to the system nand so I wouldn't have to use my SD card? Or is it not possible?

No the 3ds nand
If I had a micro-SD to 3ds cartridge adapter with 3ds roms, and used another SD card with more roms, wouldnt I be able to use both, and be able to store more software or can I only use one at a time?

Correct me if I am wrong, but you're referring to micro-SD to Nintendo 3ds cartridge adapter, right?

I believe it's the SD card from the console itself, not a flashcard.

EDIT:

As a user of a 3DS with CFW, I use the following setup:
  • SD card from the console for 3DS and NDS games (through TWL Menu++)
  • R4i Flashcard for NDS games and NDS homebrew.
:D

But cant you run roms from both?

Sorry, I've changed my comment because the thread didn't show all the updated comments when I've left my previous comment.

You can use both for NDS. But for 3DS only if you have a flashcard like Sky3DS+ that will support 3DS games. But with CFW, in my opinion, it's better if you get a SD card with large capacity.

Yeah I use Luma for .CIA files, and TWiLight menu for .nds roms.

I use a SanDisk Ultra 32 GB microSDHC Memory Card + SD Adapter with A1 App Performance Up to 98 MB/s, Class 10, U1, but I'm sure you can use a bigger one. Up to 2TB, I think... :D

But don't forget about the 300 title limit for games and apps per console.

Dumping a game to sysnand is pointless; microSD cards are dirt cheap now.
Even if you dumped a game to sysnand, how would you get it off of there?

Buy a 128GB for $15-$20 on Amazon.

I use a 64GB Samsung Evo for all my 3DS stuff, and an 8GB w/R4i3DS adapter to play DS games.
You are unlikely to ever need 64GB even with dozens of 3DS games.

For example, I have 37 pages of Saved Software Titles (185 titles).
This only takes up about 47GB.
