I need to dump boot9.bin

My sd card is not working anymore, I bought another of 64GB, but I cannot dump the file because it is not in memory virtual, even boot11.bin is not there, do I need to fix my nand or something?
I need all this because I want to use it with custom install

These files are found inside the M: drive and can be copied from there to any other place.

thats M: drive, I cannot find boot9.bin file because is not there, I am not sure why

Are you using boot9strap?

Depending on your setup you can dump boot9 through different means. https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Dump_system_files

Are you trying to just copy what you had on that sd card over to a new one? or is there some different console involved in this?

The files only appear in [M:] MEMORY VIRTUAL when launched through boot9strap. If using fastboot3ds, you use that directly.

Then I dumped it when I had boot9strap, I do not remember when i did the dump

If you had bothered to read https://github.com/d0k3/GodMode9 and https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Dump_system_files already, you would see that those files are only there when you run Godmode9 from boot9strap. That's just how it is.
