Hacking Game card could not be read

Hello,

I'm currently running SX OS V2.9.1. from team Xecuter.
When i try to install an .xci file it says the installation was successful, but when I try to load the game it gives an error message saying that the game card could not be read.

Any idea what the problem could be? My SD card is exFat formatted and I've tried formatting the card and installing it again but still doesn't work.

You mean my Switch firmware? It says 'current system version: 5.1.0'

Mine can't be read after updating to 9.0.1 and 0.9.4 atmos/14.2 kosmos. Half my nsp's won't install, others will. Games wouldn't play initially until getting 9.0.1 sigpatches but now the physical game cart won't read and it gives error 2002-4518
