I want to download this exploit because i have 4.3 and a virgin wii

I'm not so sure, it was on hetoan2's YouTube and he's not one to fake anything.

Galaxii Overflow was always a joke, created for a laugh. It was never real, and probably never will be. I felt it was fairly obvious from the video, where the screen just randomly explodes into a rainbow of colours then loads HackMii Installer, that it was fake.
