I don't have my G6DSR yet (getting it tomorrow yay

), but I think I might know the answers.

Homebrew is kind of a mixed bag. Apparently some only work on the 8Gb model, and some DLDI homebrew doesn't work at all. I believe auto-patching is only done in the root, but if you use a manual patch, I guess it will be fine.

Save files are in .0, .1 and .2 files. I'm fairly sure they are in the same folder as the ROM file.

k thanks. i'm just trying to clear up some info before i make my next purchases.

i hope someone else can test the third thing.
 
Homebrew must be in your root folder, because so far, all homebrew I know do not have included header + icon, therefore they do not show up in the NDS games list.

Save files are in .0, .1, and .2 files, meaning the G6 has an integrated multi-save function.

Can't give a full spec of the benchmarking, however, I assure you the G6 is the fastest flash cart on the market as of right now, due to internal memory. It is faster than the DS-X's internal memory as well.
