all i can say is i'm having issues with running it on my NTSC 19-wire (region-free) D2Pro install... but i have few other games not working. There's patches for my chip, but don't have the upgrader chipset. Hope to get it working, looks like fun. Never had a chance to play the series on any other platforms.
