Futurama broadcast date set

Comedy Central has unveiled the first image from the show's long-awaited return, below.

The network will bring back "Futurama" next month -- Thursday, June 24 at 10 p.m.

I too, have been waiting for a possible return of Futurama and am very overjoyed by this news

. Hopefully they keep the old voice cast, as I remember hearing that they might change them.

oh, they'll be back. the same thing happened to this simpsons, where they said the voice actors may not return. they probably just wanted more money. i was scared, but it was already confirmed they're coming back so

It wont have as many episodes per season as The Simpsons had so they wont have too many filler episodes. This series of The Simpsons hasn't been too bad but it seems like we get one good episode in every three.

That is exactly what happened with Futurama, they refused to do the TV show since Fox wasn't paying them enough for their roles, at least they are getting paid more by Comedy Central to put the show on that network.
