Hacking ftpii wii nand dump.

hi all,

i've dumped my nand with ftpii, i've two parts of dump, one called "wii nand with ecc.img", the other "wii nand without ecc.img"
so what can i do with these parts? i mean what are they used for?
can i look into and pick some things?
if i brick, will they be worth using?

nobody have an idea?
is it better to dump the nand with YAWD? or FS dumper?

You can only use a dumped NAND to restore it if you brick your wii

You can decrypt your NAND dump and look at it if you really want. You need your unique key and segher's wii tools.

okay thank you. but if i brick,
i only have to burn these files.IMG on dvd and launch them right?
or do i have to pick some things into?

If you brick that bad that you need to reprogram the NAND. You have to use an Infectus modchip as a NAND programmer to flash the .img file.
