Homebrew ftp server for DS

is there a way i can have a ftp on my DS where i can access my ftp from anywhere and be able to download the files onto my DS as long as there's wifi nearby?

Is there any homebrew app like that?

enjoy downloading files at 10Kb/s it should take a long time to download a 1 meg file...
Also, the ds's homebrew wifi is highly unstable... it won't stay connected long enough...

I found myself uploading files to my ndsftp at max speed of 40Kb/s using filezilla.. nice for some small homebrew and media content
