Hacking fst-relinked2 for Super Smash bros brawl

Hi everybody.Im looking for the file fst-relinked2.bin (used for patching SSBB), that was uploaded here --> http://rapidshare.com/files/99553735/fst-relinked2.bin.html , but file was deleted by rapidshare.Could somebody upload the file again?, thanks.

i looked for it in that topic, but i didnt find it. I really need the fst-relinked2 for reemplacing fst.bin using trucha signer.
