That's because FAT doesn't support files larger than 2 gb. You can transfer it over FTP or just use freeShop to download and install the game automatically.

FTPD comes with the homebrew starter kit. Just launch it from the Homebrew Menu and use something like Filezilla to connect to the IP and port it gives you.

Just launch it, wait for it to show your IP and port on the top screen, and then connect with Filezilla on your computer.

but how can you ftp the 4gb file to sd card that doesnt allow 4gb files?

filezilla works ok but anyway cannot put over 4 gb files to my sd card (32gb)

1. Visit https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-arc13s-freeshop-fork-open-source-eshop-alternative.468436 on your computer
2. Open FBI
3. Go to network install
4. Go to QR code install
5. Scan the QR code in the link I gave you and tap A to install
6. Google 3DS titlekeys on your computer and go to the first link (probably)
7. Click the orange button attached to the green button that has a picture of a QR code on it under the title enctitlekeys
8. Open freeShop on your 3DS
9. Go to the settings (cog icon)
10. Go to the updates tab
11. Tick the first check box
12. Tap the button that looks like a tiny QR code
13. Scan the QR code that came up on your PC
14. Press Start then select to quit freeShop (it's one or the other I don't remember which)
15. Open freeShop again
16. Enjoy
