well the tittle says it all
i recently Installed rxtools on my o3ds with sysnand 9.2 and unlinked and updated my emunand i even have some games installed but when i try to enter on my Friends list or Miiverse my 3ds crashes ,i already leave it like for 2 hours and nothing ,I also already created a mii and a launched mii plaza but still nothing
Also the 3ds already had a Rxtools 2.6 instalation and another emunand but thanks to a happy accident i formated my emunand so i decided to install Rxtools again :/
P.D. friends list doesnt work on sysnand either

Right now, rxtools project is abandon. So unlike Luma3DS, you will find less and less support from community.
That's why they decide to tells you to change.

About your problem...... it's also happend on SysNAND.
May be somethings happend tp your NAND. Did you install something custom?

From what I remember, people got around this problem by simply leaving their 3DS for about 20-30 mins, after that, the friends list unfroze and it was working normally. It was a while ago when I had similiar problem though, so this solution may not work for you. Besides, there is absolutely no reason to use rxTools over Luma3DS and there are plenty of reasons to use Luma (or any up-to-date CFW).

Switch to luma cfw instead. You can keep your emunand/menuhax setup if you want and still run luma through there, but you may want to plan to switch over to a9lh instead of keeping menuhax since the newest cfw's aren't supporting emunand anymore.I mean you can keep it awhile longer if your waiting for sun and moon and dont want to risk bricking since a9lh will require you to downgrade again to 2.1,but it would be wise to plan ahead.

No idea what you're talking about. Luma is my definition of "the newest CFW" (most up to date and most updated) and its latest version does support emuNAND.
I'm talking about ntr and salt cfw which are newer and could lead to other future cfw's,they don't support emunand at all and never have you see and people use ntr for streaming and cheats without the need of gateway.Luma was originally a fork of AuriaNand which is why it still supports emunand right now,so once luma gets outdated along with cakes then that's pretty much it.

Edit-when I'm talking about luma getting outdated I'm talking about 2 years later or so whenever something replaces it.

Luma is in active development.
Decrypt9 has all the tools that RXTools has.

There's absolutely no reason to use a highly outdated shit CFW over an actively developed one.

By keeping RXTools, you are rejecting yourself from progress.
You should throw away your TV and get a fishbowl or a newspaper.
You should throw away your car and get a horse.
You should throw away your telephone and should get a quill and parchment.

Salt appeared after Luma yeah, because it's a fork of it with less options basically, so Luma is still the reference since it's still updated (so no idea why you're talking about it getting outdated, Salt is more outdated than it, seeing how many less updates it received over the last months...).
And NTR does support emuNAND (source, I use it on my New 3DS on a9lh+Luma on emuNAND).

I see,so how long do you think luma will last? I didn't know ntr supported emunand btw,are you shure?

Using rxtools in oct 2016 is like running Windows ME on your new gaming laptop.

Please upgrade to luma3ds immediately or face Abort, Retry, Fail on a regular basis.

Sorry, didn't see your edit. But answering this post kind of answers your edit too ;)
No idea. But it has less reasons to die than rxTools. It never knew any drama about not being open source or missing patches then having an unofficial fork with these patches or being the last one to support 9.5+ emuNAND on N3DS or anything. And it is not "bloated" with tools that are redundant with Decrypt9. Well, some people have their own definitions of "bloated", and that's why they fork it to remove emuNAND support and other options, having it do only what they want, but even these forks still need a starting point to fork from.

So that's why right now I don't see any reason for it to die, except if its devs just stop working on it for reasons.
Or if drama occurs for another reason.
Or if there is a new feature (like "9.5+ emuNAND on N3DS" was at the time) that Luma fails to support and a newer CFW takes its spot.
