Is there any tools out there that would help me acomplish this. I do give aways for pokemon and i tend to have to delete alot of ppl off my list only to re add more 1 by... 1. After 30+ adds it gets old fast lol, so is there anything out there that might speed this up. Ty for your time.

I deal with a similar problem. There's a Dev tool called Friend Add Tool, you'll have to search for the dev tools as they're on that "iso site." Search specifically "[3DS] SDK dev tools [Repack for retail units]," it's not allowed to link you to this directly. It only imports, but has the option to empty your friend list. So you have to manually have the list of friend codes in a .txt file called "friendcode," and the tool reads from that on the root of your SD card.
