Hacking Freezes with cfg usb loader and external hdd

Hi,

My wii frequently freezes when I use CFG usb loader to run a game from a external HD, but I dont know how to fix this.
Sometimes it freezes after one minute, but at other times it takes a bit longer, like one hour.
I tried using another SD card, formatted my HD again and updated CFG usb loader to the latest version (v64).
Is anyone experiencing the same problem or know what im doing wrong?

Im currently using a softmodded Wii with 4.2E firmware with a Western Digital My Passport SE 750GB.
And a Kingston SD card of 1GB and a Nintendo Sandisk SD card of 2GB.

Run Modmii from your PC.
Re-hack it, and update your ios'es with it.

So I re-hacked and updated some files.
But it still freezed like after 30 min..

Btw Modmii downloaded priiloader v 0.4
But I installed priiloader 0.6 instead, but this shouldn't be a problem or..?

Im starting to think it is my ext hdd thats causing the freezes.
Ill try running games from a USB stick

Alternatively, if you don't have a decent sized flash drive, go ahead and plug an SD card into a USB SD card reader and use that.

I tried it with an 8GB usb stick and so far it didn't freeze.
So it probably was my external harddisk...
Guess I'll have to get another one
