Hacking Freeshop for Nintendo Switch?

If you even try to then like everybody's saying...Nintendo really cracked down on security so you wont even be able to use your Switch once your banned. That means not opening anything, not downloading anything, not going online and etc.

The only thing you won't be able to do is use online features. Although, this does include downloading system updates (as far as I'm aware), so if you wanted to play a game you don't have the appropriate system version for, you need to install the update manually through homebrew.

Just because freeshop allows piracy does not mean the software itself is piracy. So you can talk however you want about it, as long as you are not saying where to get any of the copyrighted stuff as that is spreading/sharing the piracy.
That's like saying CFW or homebrew is piracy and you should be banned for speaking about it because it allows piracy. That's not how it works and you know it.

Irrespective of your belief or opinion, the discussion of Freeshop is not banned. Yes Piracy itself is not allowed but the discussion of it isn't. Linking to illegal material is banned but the discussion of it isn't. If that was the case then the whole CFW section of the site would be banned as this can lead to piracy.

I never said Freeshop was banned. Asking where to download "Free games" when referring to Nintendo's games, IS. That is the ONLY use Freeshop ever had, so you can't say the OP meant otherwise.

You can ask (apparently you cant, but nobody cares as you cant get any info by asking forbiden stuff) however you want. As long as I dont share where to get the "illegal" stuff, it is ok.
So I can tell him where to get freeshop and how to use it (because it is just a homebrew). But I can't share the link for title keys (without tilekeys, it is useless).
Tell my why 3ds freeshop is allowed here then and people were able to ask anything about it?

The objection was asking where to download the free games. A clear violation of The Forum Rules

Freeshop is a homebrew application. So the thread is VALID.

Freeshop downloads the files for you, you have no interaction with them, so the thread does not fall foul of the rules which you clearly hold so dear.
