Hacking Freeshop DLC

I think i posted a thread about this before, but every time i launch the eShop (idk about things like the Theme shop and Badge Arcade) any DLC i've gotten from the freeshop is deleted.
It's really annoying.
And for the people who've said "just use freeshop for everything" the only problem with that is the freeshop gets updates for games a pretty decent time after they go live on the eShop, so in some cases i can't "just use Fresshop"
(please note; i'm not knocking people who've said that, i just want that not to be the first reply i get.)
If there is a way to prevent this from happening, please let me know, because it would be a great time saver.

There is no way to prevent this from happening other than not going to the eShop.

has nothing to do with Freeshop itself, if you have pirated DLC, the moment you go onto the actual eShop it deletes all the stuff that "isn't yours"
hell you don't even need to use eShop itself, just the 3DS LOGGING into Nintendo Network to check dlc will erase your pirated stuff.
