Free Mcboot Pre-packaged that would autoboot backup games?

the one I have is the noobie package but I don't know how to configure ESR in such a way that it bypass the ESR menu. I want to know if you can automatically boot up backup games?

my esr patched game autoboot and i used the fmcboot download from the official site...

mine dont autoboot i have to run the esr app and then load the disc. i dont think esr autloads and stays resident in memory on boot up. as always, i may be wrong.
