the majority of those seem like generic scam games where they artificially set the price to $90, then put it 100% off to make it look like a good deal.
they're probably all cashgrab unity asset flips, seeing as they all have microtransactions

I had trouble activating via web browser, but not via the steam client. Just some info if anyone else has trouble
