SteamWorld Heist and Beyond Good and Evil imo
Also if Little Nightmares wasn't only the dlc I would recommend it 900% the game is just that good

Supposedly is may have been an older code that was still valid for whatever reason, but it is not a valid promotion.

It's not really dead, just no one is really posting much as most people come just to grab the games and leave without posting. Wasn't intended to be much of a conversation thread anyway, but I guess the lack of replies can make it feel dead... And let's not forget how easily it gets burried where no one can see it after 10 mins or so after someone posts:/ I just have either been too busy or too tired to follow up too much and whenever I see something you or someone else has already posted it, so I can't really do much there...

For example, now I got these I can post about:
Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle is free on Steam for a limited period of time and includes the DLC episodes 1-8 for free too (need to be grabbed individually from what I saw):
