I'm having problems getting Ego Protocol: Remastered for free. I got all the others for free with no issue. I already owned yesterday's game, Cyjin, from last year's giveaway. I tried both on the website and on my Switch.
I emailed support, and they recommended repeatedly logging out and back in to try and get the discount to kick in.

Their FAQ says this, but it doesn't seem to help much. :/
I cannot add any game for free to my library, why?
● It looks like you are not using an American Nintendo Switch Account. Unfortunately this giveaway is for US only.
● You don’t own the previous free game/games. Keep in mind that in order to claim the current free game you have to keep up with the chain reaction. In other words – you need to own the previous free game/games.
Sidenote: For those who want to claim other games – Remember, that games are available for free only on selected days. You’ll need to be careful though. If you forget to redeem any of the corresponding free titles, you won’t be eligible for the rest.
The next titles in the lineup will become available free for users who have the previous ones added to their accounts!
(If you miss a game, don’t worry. Just buy the missing games which will go on sale day after the owner discount to complete the chain and this will grant you a possibility to gather the rest of them for free!)
● You didn’t add the Pirates: All Aboard code to this account, hence – no owner discount .
For those who missed the game in a free giveaway but want to have other games for free – you can buy the previous games on a sale that starts after the initial 100% 24h discount to complete the collection and rejoin the chain!
Remember that you should claim the games daily on Nintendo eShop.
Today's free to own game is Star Wars Battlefront II - Celebration Edition for all EA play/ Gamepass Ult members. (EA's 10 days of Xmas promotion) Must claim today because will change daily. Search the store for it. https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2024/12/16/ea-play-rewards-december-2024/
11th and the final game of the No Gravity Games giveaway for Nintendo Switch is out now: Creepy Tale 2.
For more info about Switchmas Giveaway 2024, check No Gravity Games website.
Are these EA Play games for the console only or PC too? The official MS website says it's available to PC Game Pass as well, but everywhere else it's saying that it's only for EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and that it only works on Xbox consoles.

EDIT: Now that I read the whole article, I seems like they are referring to EA Play in general, but not for the giveaway. ;---;

Chicken Assassin: Reloaded is free on GOG. ScourgeBringer is free on Fanatical.
Note that the second link actually is slightly different, since it's the same route, but advertised as for Train Sim World 2 . The DLC works with TSW 2-5. There's also pages for the same add-on for TSW 3 and TSW 4. Only the TSW 2 page was free for me.
Dovetail Games has a "Train Sim World Add-On Compatibility Guide" that maps out what routes work with which versions of the game

Yeah, apparently 5 was supposed to be free, but idk what happened and they made only the 2 one for free, thankfully it works on 2-5 versions of the game.
Not a free game, but you can get 9 free stickers on Steam during their Winter Sale 2024 if you go through your discovery queue a few times. You can check your progress here.
