Hacking Found a R4 card?

So it just happened that I found a Flashcard... I guess?
There is a slot for a micro SD card. So how do I use it? I really don't know anything about this and I don't really know if I'll use it because I think you only can use them for normal DS(i) and my DS's touchscreen is dead. But wanted to ask anyways.

u cud use it on 3ds with stage 2 launch

You can also try RGF's multi cart menu. It should work as well
