If you got an HDD, just dump the game to it. An HDD is reading a lot faster than some outdated DVDs, and can in some cases help with the frame drops.

I tried to put the game on my external HDD with a clean rip (my own rip) and I still have frame rate issues, so yeah I think the game is just not optimized, thats weird because the game graphics are really not impressive, well I think I'll have to deal with it, thanks for your replies, I did a google research for "Fortune Street Wii frame rate" and found nothing so I just wanted to know if that was me or the game. Thanks.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
