I'd like to format my SD card, in the hopes of making it faster. (and to change the clustersize to 64Kb as i think thats the best option?) But is simply backing up my SD card, and then formatting enough? Or do i need to wipe EmuNAND too? If i would format, it would be Fat32 64Kb right? (O3DS)
If you want a fresh format you can back up everything from the card, format it, and then copy it all back over.
Use Emunand9 to back up your emunand to emunand.bin or something then back up everything on the SD card to your computer.
After that, use emunand9 to reformat the card, then put everything back on the card, then flash emunand.bin to emunand.
