Hardware "Format Wii:"

Hi,

I want to sell my Wii but first I would like to erase it 100% and reinstall the 3.2E System.
What I mean by format :
-Delete Saves
-Delete Ticket
-Remove every channel (including HBC)
-Delete every custom IOS
etc...

Does anybody know how to, since the official "format" option in the menu doesn't look like to be able to do it...

If your selling it, why not update to 4.0 and delete the HBC?

The Wii's format option will do the first three your looking for it to do. As for the custom IOS why go to the trouble of manually deleting them? The supposed person won't know they're there unless they're messing with homebrew and if they are that would actually benefit them to have that hook in there. I say just format it and update to 4.0 and be done with it.
