Hacking Forcing games

So i got No More Heroes 2 NTSC version and would like to force it to PAL cause it looks bad on my PAL TV.
Its hard to read the words and its kinda blurry.
I tried to force it to PAL with USB Loader GX and Configurable USB Loader but i get a black screen and the WiiMote turns off, i am forced to turn the Wii off.
Is there any way to force the game to play like a PAL game?

i dont know about wii but back when i had a modded ps2 there was a way to convert pal iso's to work on a ntsc console and it would look fine
