

I try, but nothing happen.On a serious note, just right click on your task bar at the bottom and hit 'Task Manager'. Once you're there, head over to the 'Processes' tab and look for explorer.exe. Click on that, then hit 'End Task'. Then head over to the 'Applications' or 'Windows' tab (forgot which one it's called), then hit 'New Task...' and type in explorer.exe .
Based on the advice others have given you and the fact that they didn't work, I doubt this will either, but it's still worth a try IMO.
How I can turn to safe mode? Yes, it seem like lock delete thing.Is that undeletable inside another folder?
If so try the ownership trick again or check if you can delete it while in windows 7 safemode.
