Hacking Flickering on Twilight Menu

So I got a New 2ds Xl and installed twilight menu to play ds games, but when I went to play the game theres this weird flickering issue happening on menus, and while this game doesn't have a lot of menus, it's horrible on other games.

Heres's a youtube video showing the problem with the new 2ds on the left and my old ds lite on the right to show it was suposed to be. (PS: turn down the volume because the neighbor was vacuuming)

It's always best to ask in the official thread so as the dev of the app @Robz8 notices and can help.

@6Fer6 Set clock speed to NTR (instead of TWL) to fix the flickering.

Dawn you are fast, I just posted on the thread the guy said to and now you replied here, so I'm feeling kinda dumb right now.

Thanks for the help. But i saw a thread about dsi binaries missing. Has that been solved yet ? Just asking cause i just fot the same problem trying to rub black2. Its not a problem actually i can just play it on other platform. But just wanted to ask if it has been fixed

You need a clean ROM dump of the game, or just do what's stated below that message in TWLMenu++.
