Hacking flatmii asking for game disk

hey, I've had a flatmii now for a few months, it seemed to work great for a little while. Now though, anytime I play any game my wii is constantly asking to insert the disk of the game im playing, or it will just freeze and restart the wii. I've tried flatmii on 3 different machines, two with xp, and one with vista.

any ideas on what could be the problem?

Sounds like a bad install read the instructions and try agine, possible a wire is not set right
