Hacking Flashcart through customs?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I haven't travelled overseas since long before the days of DS flash carts. :o
I'm heading from Canada to France and back. Do you guys think I can bring my Supercard DSTWO, or will it get stopped by customs? Thanks.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but they have better things to do than check your (3)DS for an illegal flashcartridge.
