Hacking Flashcard&Emulator savegames

Hello~
I have a problem,
i was playing a nds game and my ds is broken (not working L+R keys) so i wanted to switch the .say to an emulator (i remembered i made that with a zelda game years ago) and it worked fine but when i wanted to transfer it back it didnt worked the .say file from the emulator is only 4KB the .yav from the flashcard is 100+KB.
I googled and found a page but the page doesnt work anymore
