ROM Hack flash me?ds?

Ummm whats dose flash me do,to the firmware because i'm thinking of flashing my ds but...can i still use download play,pictochat, play gba and play ds games??

i like the idea of no health and safety screen but i need to know what it dose

and i have a PMP (personal media player(latest version of max media dock)

and soon to have an R4 casue i dont like my PMP

an r4 is all you need to play games normally and use moonshell no need to mess up with flash me

Flashme is not needed anymore, since the DS(L) can just plug and play all the flashcarts now.
So, just don't do it, so you won't screw up.
