If you were lucky enough to have one of Nintendo's money printers, get a M3 or G6 slot-2 device for GBA games. Most of the GBA games only need drag and dropping with patching optional for enhancements. The EZ 3-in-1 is the cheapest solution, although it has been having issues with saves for some people.

Being realistic, your best bet at the moment is to get the 3-in-1... or you can wait for the M3 Real 3-in-1 expansion, or whatever the M3 team wants to call it. They're so quiet about it!!

TBH, people have been having problems with saves because:

1 - They didn't patch the game or they did with EZ4 Client (which should NOT be used for patching expect for 1024Kb saves) or patched with GBATA when the game had a 1024Kb save (see above why).

2 - Their EZ 3 in 1 Expansion Pack is defective.

Main reasons I can find for this issue. If anyone has more to add, please do.

..however, I was wondering, what's best for GBA (Slot-2) right now? Is there something like R4 for it usability-wise?

also a thanks from me, i'm just looking around for the first time, and i'm going for a R4 or Cyclo DS. I just need to know which one can support an internet browser (like opera) and if I need to buy anything else? ( a MicroSD 2GB Kingston I suppose?)
And most of al, can someone give me a link to a cheap but good website where I can buy it from..

The R4 is the best cheap cartridge, I like the G6DS Real and the CycloDS Evo. You should look into these.
