What exactly does nand clean do? I've never actually tried or even read about that app.

I had this error with a virgin E nand in UNEEK+DI. I copied my settings.txt over to the emu nand and it sorted it out. Just thought Id throw that in just in case OP has forgot to mention its a UNEEK nand

Well this error can occur on a real nand. I found that using an edited nand file from a PC side app like Giantpune's will give you this error the fact that a settings.txt file replacement solve that helps show where we need to look to fix the problem. Don't ask why I found this. I'll just say I had some bricks.
