Hacking Gaming Homebrew error 110211 after installing riiconnect24

I am trying to run riiconnect 24 user agreements and connection test. I go to the connection test and it shows " Error Code: 110211 There is a problem with the WiiConnect24 service. Please try again later. Is there any known way to fix it?
