Hi, I'm on 6.0, using SX os (no dongle). I am willing to upgrade fw to 9.0.1 not (9.1 to be safe for the moment).

So what should I know before I do this, knowing That I don't use AutoRCM:

What I wanna avoid is mainly :

- Avoiding black screen/ Brick.

- Not losing my SX OS licence.

- Not having to update games in order to play them after I update the fw.

Thank you.

1) Download the latest SX OS release and put it on your micro sd card.
2) Download the latest release of ChoiDujourNX and put it in your switch folder.
3) Download the firmware files for 9.0.1 from Google and put them in a "firmware" folder on your micro sd card.
4) Backup saves or NAND before updating.
5) Update. By default autoRCM is enabled. Untick it if you don't want it. Also make sure to choose the exFAT version if your micro sd is formatted in exFAT,
