Hacking First setup Supercard Dstwo help

Hello, does anyone know a way to first setup a dstwo on a 6.1.0 3ds whitout a nds/ndsi ? i have no access at all to a nds.

Download the EOS and put it on the card properly: http://forum.supercard.sc/thread-6964-1-1.html
Then (assuming the card isn't working already), download forum.supercard.sc/thread-9465-1-1.html, put dstwoupdate.dat on the card and rename it to dstwoupdateb.dat
Put the card in and when you see the error message, wait at least 5 minutes. 10 is definitely safe.
