Hardware Firmware question for the German users, XL Weiß inkl. Tomodachi Life

I'm upgrading to an xl and I really want a European version so I can play my games in German, is http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00NGCILKK/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me= a safe bet for having 9.2? As far as I can tell only Europe got this bundle, and it seems weirdly new for the game it has (This bundle came out 7. November 2014 according to amazon, just one month before 9.3) I really want a white one but the only other white bundles like mario kart 7, or even the old stand alone white one, don't have any sellers willing to ship to the U.S. If it's likely the ones being sold by amazon are fresh off the presses I could try for another version, any suggestions would be appreciated.
