what is the best using in r4 for new games is the latest firmware or the ysmenu of yasu?

Just look into using both firmwares ("Dual Boot") on your R4 and you'll have the best of both worlds.
I prefer the official R4 firmware v1.18, as all games work for me (whether natively, or after the quick & easy ARM7 fix) and when the soft reset function is selected it applies for all of the games on your MicroSD, i.e. you don't have to manually enable it for each & every game. Also, the R4's cheat function is very simple.
